Privacy Policy

This page explains how information you give in the PepsiCo investigation questionnaire is handled. Last updated 13 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Stris & Maher LLP ("the firm") is investigating PepsiCo and is responsible for this page and for the information you submit. Koladin runs the technology for the firm as its service provider and uses your information only to operate this page for the firm.

What we collect

• Your answers to the questionnaire, which can include whether you are in bankruptcy or have a past conviction (asked only so the firm can judge whether you can serve as a representative).
• Your name, email, phone number and ZIP code.
• Which ad or link brought you here (for example "meta" or "google"), so the firm knows which advertising works.
• Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in its server logs.

We do not ask about your diagnosis or treatment. Please do not send medical records or other confidential information through this page.

What we do not do

This page has no advertising pixels, no analytics trackers, no session recording and no cookies. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.

How it is used

To work out whether your experience fits the investigation and to let the firm contact you about it, by phone, text or email if you agreed to that.

Who receives it

The firm. Service providers that host and store it for the firm (Vercel for hosting, Upstash for the database), under contract and only for that purpose. Your name, contact details and answers are encrypted when stored. If the firm works on the case with co-counsel, it may share your information with them, subject to the firm's obligations to you.

How long it is kept

If your answers do not fit the investigation, they are deleted within 90 days. Otherwise the firm keeps them for as long as it needs them for the investigation and any case.

Your choices

You can ask the firm to see, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
